I'm guessing that they're also measuring her leg from the hip to the toe (feet may count as part of the leg in that measuring). Thus an extra 6-8 or so inches (seeing that she's 6'1" and probably has long slender feet). So then that's around 29.25-31.25 or so inches for her torso and head. So that's more like 2.5+ feet for her upper torso (measured from her waist) and head. That sounds a little closer to normal.
Math? It's not that I like it (though I really don't have a problem with it), it's just I like to see how big is big. If you say you have a 36 inch bust, it means nothing to me if you don't have a band size. If your band is 35 inches, well...
If your car puts out 200 HP at the wheels, at what RPM is it and how heavy is your car. If it's a Ford Excursion (a rather oversized and bulgy vehicle--ie. looks like and weighs as much as a beached on wheels) and puts out 200 HP at 7000 RPM, well...
Hey stats and numbers can be used to lie. There's a rumor going around that a new IKEA in my area is going to be 8 stories tall. Well it's about 70 feet tall at the highest point. 70 feet sounds awefully tall and well enough feet to hold 8 stories. Now if it were truely 8 stories tall it would be 9 feet per story without the space for air ducts, plumbing, and wiring. So that would be around 7 feet per story. Unless the IKEA is making furniture to go on floor 7 1/2 of the Merten-Warner building, I don't think so. Most buildings require at least 14-17 feet per story to accomadate what goes on the floor and the in between floor infrastructure. So that means that the IKEA building in my area should be around 4 stories high, exactly as the company claims.
