The exquisite tower of loveliness that is Maxi Mounds apparently has another string to her bow - she has written a book! "The Maxi Mounds Guide to the World of Exotic Dancing" will, according to Maxi's post on her Yahoo! group, soon be available from Amazon.

As anyone who has met Maxi will tell you, she is as a nice a person as you could ever wish to meet. Plus she has a pair of the most awesome boobs on the planet. Maxi occasionally posts here, so hopefully she can give us some more info about the book.

It looks like you beat me to the punch. I can always count on you to be on top of what I'm up to, can't I? :-) It's true, I've been working on the book with a friend of mine from Canada for quite some time now, I just didn't want to jinx it by talking about it too soon. The book consists of several parts, a history of exotic dancing, a glossary of terms and expressions we use in the business and a diary of my experiences during my travels. I just returned from Chicago where we were promoting the book at a publisher/distributor convention and things are looking good so far. We're still working on setting up some promtional appearances to get the word out, but I'm open to suggestions from you guys about what shows you think might be interested in having me on to talk about it. Any thoughts? It should be available thru Amazon soon and when I get the details I'll let you all know. Until then wish me luck, ok? :-)
Also, I wanted to ask if anyone can tell me who to talk to about donating a gallery of pictures to the BEA. I see that several people have done so and I'd like to contribute too, but I'm not sure how to go about it. Any help from you long timers would be appreciated.

Maxi, I take it you will be bringing copies of the book along to the Expo in August? I'm sure there will be interested parties there. I know several BEA-ers plan to attend the Fan Fair.

You guys are the best. :-) I appreciate the support I always get when I post here. The book is being published by S'expresse, a small company that's been put together by a friend of mine. We're still waiting for a couple of corrections to be made but hopefully it will be ready soon.
