imdb says she was born in 1970 but I find that hard to believe. She looked like she was in her late 50s - early 60s in that show. Could be all the sun damage.

No idea if that's the case with Maxi this time but I think most of the "silly-string" ladies have had pretty serious infection problems at one time or another with their implants. Having to regularly stick a needle in their breast to withdraw fluid is a risky procedure, especially since the capsule around the prolene is pretty poorly vascularized. All it takes is to get sloppy once with the betadine/chlorhexidene site prep before sticking in the needle and you're right in line for an infection. There are more than a few side-effects with those implants.

That's how I got to know Teddi Barrett way back when. She mentioned having some problems and I jumped in with unsolicited post-op advice. Read the papers, talked with the surgeon, and actually did some work with the concept for a different reconstruction procedure.

Hi everybody! Wow, it's been quite a while since I was on here. Sorry for my absence, the last couple of years have been a difficult time for me and my family. I gave up touring as I'm sure you know, the road life just got to be too much about the same time that my doctor told me I might have stomach cancer. A routine exam led to months of terror and visits to the cancer center in Tampa. Thankfully it turned out to be benign but I'm left with some issues that they tell me I'll have permanently. Maybe it was too many years of lousy food on the road.

Since then I've had to see my brother and my father through many months of cancer treatments of their own, and we ended up losing both of them anyway. Now I'm doing day care and more for my step father to help my mom with his Alzheimer's disease. I'll tell ya, when life decides to shit on you it forces you to dig down deep to see what kind of person you really are.

I'm still here though, I haven't died or run off with a rich fan. (ha ha) I'm still updating my web site every two weeks and I've been writing what I call Bedtime Stories for my members. There's a sample story on my Pic Of The Week page if you'd like to see what my wicked mind can come up with.

Also I've got a store on Clips4Sale and I'm running a DVD sale too. I'll be releasing a new video soon so stop in, check things out and join if you're inclined to, I'd love to have you.

Good to have you back here. I too am about to lose a dear family member to cancer. He is currently in hospice care at home. You give me hope that life can go on even in the middle of tragedy. Thank you for sharing your story. You have always been one of my top favorite models...but now you are my number one.

Maxi, I am glad that you could find the time to post here again. It is true, you have been missed. I am also glad that you are on the mend, and please accept my condolences over the recent loss of your loved ones.
