Bod-wise, she still looks quite trim and toned. The implants look pretty good, I think. (Hope she considers bigger, but natural profile and not overfilled...)
I agree that the cheekbones look like a makeup effect. It's less bothersome when you enlarge/zoom into the picture - you can see her face structure, as opposed to the makeup shading.
But, I really do hope the lips shape is an intentional pucker, and Not her expression in a relaxed state... can't tell yet from just 2 pics from the same photoset... But if it is a natural-based filler (e.g. collagen) then it should naturally recede a bit over time.
