To be fair, my understanding at the time, both from directly talking to her as well as from some people who worked with her, was that by the time she got them reduced they were really painful and sore all the time, plus some early lower lumbar difficulties. Hadn't she also met some footballer who was going to be the love of her life? In retrospect, not a good long-term decision but I remember her icing her boobs backstage between sets.

I don't believe for one minute that women with large breasts suffer from back problems. Their breasts are GENETIC, their DNA made them that way, the weight is literally next to their bodies, it is not pulling them forwards. What these women really mean is "Men always look at my breasts. Men don't see ME, they only see my breasts. Oh, and because I haven't got the courage to approach men and get the man I want, I have to wait to be approached by men, and it's almost always jerks and sleazebags who come up to me, so they are the only men I get to date, and they're only after my breasts."
THAT is the real reason why Linsey Dawn McKenzie had her breasts butchered - sorry - mutilated - sorry - 'reduced'. (If I had my legs cut off at the knee, would I say that I've 'had my height reduced', or my legs butchered?)
She said that if she hadn't had such huge breasts, she wouldn't have done all the things she did, re being involved in hardcore (I believe that's what she meant).
It is literally beyond belief that a woman with breasts as beautiful as Linsey's would have them destroyed like that, and yes, it should be condemned, loudly and often, so that other women don't do it to themselves.
