I know you say it's not, but that sure sounds an awful lot like Eroticise. The exercise video Kitten made with the same producers as Takin' It off. Released in the early '80s on Vestron Video.

I'm absolutely positive it wasn't.  The other girls only wore those black and red bathing suits from the spa scene, and the girls all worked out standing around one end of a swimming pool, which was surrounded by concrete instead of the wooden decking of Eroticise.  Kitten kept her one piece on, but the other girls doffed their tops for the aerobics scenes.  It was a completely different video...I knew it was a long shot...

Certainly it has the look of a deleted scene from Takin' It Off...except what puzzles me is that it was about 20-25 minutes long.  The workout progressed through a variety of exercises and had the look of workout videos from the time period.  I've got to think it was shot during the filming, but I've never seen it again. 

It's my own damn fault for not remembering the name of the video.  The sleeve had the same look as any other T&A release of the time and did not have the appearance of a director's cut/bootleg or anything.  Oh well.

Trukbutz, knew exactly what you were looking for. I had the video from the old Plaboy channel, but lost it. A little pokin around and I did find this chopped up version. Its missing a few bits and the volime drops off half way through but its a good chunk of the entire vid.
