Buc-ee's. (Absolutely massive gas stations and convenience stores mostly in Texas near the freeways. First one I used, and saw was back in 2017 between San Antonio and Houston on I-10. It had 120 gas pumps, and the store was 50,000 square feet in which they had a restaurant and the variety of jerky, pastries, etc is mind boggling and now they are expanding to other states. Like the stereotypical saying goes, everything is bigger and better in Texas. )
