I know that this was mistaken as surgery, what it wasn't and what I tried to describe. What she got back then was her fill-up of 2k each side from 4k to 6k.

@Keisha: It is such a long, long time ago, but why was a extra surgery necessary for the fill-up of the saline expanders? Was the port already closed and needed to be re-open, or was the port not accessible anymore because it has moved too much? Don't know if you want to look back and recapitulate on this?

My implants aren't expanders and were not really meant to be filled multiple times.  In fact, I didn't even know that was an option for me until my doctor suggested it.  But, both times, my breasts had to be sliced into, the port located, and filled and then everything stitched back shut.  So I still had to be sedated and it was technically a surgery, but the implants were never removed.  I hope that answers your question.  Let me know.

Ok, so when you're out shopping and what not I would assume you dress regularly, and due to your dimensions your figure is pretty obvious? But when you wear more conservative stuff, not trying to hide per se, just be discreet do you watch for people's reaction if and when they 'figure' you out? Do you ever kind of guess who when or if they will kind of notice? So cool to be able to interact with you!
