This is as much a cautionary tale for models as for copyright infringers.  Yulia has apparently been ill-advised.  I don’t know much about Japanese law, but in this country no one can stop another person from working.  It’s called restraint of trade.  I hope someone tells Yulia to give this guy the boot and find another photographer, preferably here in the good old USA.  Her appeal, if I may say so, is largely the combination of her youthful beauty and incredible endowments which will inevitably fade and sag respectively.  Her window of opportunity is limited.  In other words, play me or trade me.  Any contract that says otherwise should be ruled unconscionable.

Mr. Kizu's response is printed below. I believe that it is genuine.
It shows that he is looking for an answer for what he & Yulia see as a real problem & something that might keep her from future modeling.
If we can help them both, with some new ideas, we may just be able to enjoy Yulia for many more years.

Do you know that people all over the world have been stealing her pictures to make money for themselves? These people have given absolutely no money to Yulia which has made her both mad and sad about the whole business. Yulia has the right to choose who to work for and what kind of work she wants to do. She has chosen to work with me and only with me. This is her decision. She is not going to
change this decision. I have an agreement with her that I will only contact her on matters of business and will respect her desire for privacy. Unlike most models she wishes to remain a little mysterious even from her photographer. She has said clearly that she does not
want to have any contact with fans. This is why no mail sent to her will get a reply. I hope you can understand and respect her wishes. I am sure you will understand that I have a right and duty to take action against such people who are damaging my business and Yulia's business. If Yulia's pictures continue to be used illegally she will
not wish to continue which will be bad for everyone, particularly her fans. I really hope that she will continue to stay in this work. At the moment I am working hard to remove the illegal sites so that I can create a good environment for her to work in.

I am sure that true fans of Yulia will understand this. I hope in the future these problems of illegal use can be solved and I can give good news to her fans about her future activities.

Thanks for the info...the letter sounds genuine to me and Mr Kizu does sound like he genuinely respects Yulia, which is reassuring to hear.  
But it is strange that he 'alone' seems to be suffering when other photogs around the globe seem to be making money inspite of pics becoming freely available.  And many models run their own websites...i know a few who make good money.

It is good to hear he is making efforts at making news available soon...he is right in that she is 'one of a kind', and she has a natural charm and grace.  I can understand how there must be many models who just want to do some shoots, make their fee and not become a 'global icon'.  

We'll just have to keep our eyes open!

so what mr. kizu is saying is that when yulia has appears at dannis HD and other pay sites, those photosets were never licensed?  quite honestly, i didnt expect that.  however, my question to mr. kizu is given the grand scheme of things, does yulia know the following she has in the big breast scene, and if she does, would she not want to model for larger scale projects, like SCORE, as opposed to kizu.net, a very small place relatively speaking(?).  i understand her desire to remain anonymous, and not interact with her fans (albeit highly unusual it seems).  i really wonder if she even knows.

frankly all of this seems like a lot of "cutting off the nose to spite the face" behavior.

frankly stuff like this has happened before with models and the photos mr.kizu took of yulia are his intellectual property. shes is free to pose for soemone else ; i dont think e can enforece that she takes pix ONLY with him.

i've gone into this issue about "owning" intellectual property and its ridiculous incarnation in our laws re: the internet in other threads so i wont belabor the point here.

i dont know what internet mr.kizu has been using but ppl trading copyrghted material has been going on for decades; certainly long before yulia , danni or kizu have come around.

it sounds really like either kizu or yulia ( but probably kizu) doenst want to invest the time and/or effort in marketing yulia on the internet in a way that wont be easy transferred ( like live chats or cams ) . that COULD make some dough but the idea that you can put up pictures walk away and expect that NOONE will copy said pics and distribute them is archaiic,naive and yes i will say it, STUPID.

its akin to thinking that you can leave your wallet on the ground  in the middle of Times Square and then get upset that upon your return its not there.

get over yourself.
