The pictures are not the same, though they both come from the same original.  The second one is finished in a process known as "level", which assigns colors to groups of pixels in the picture, giving it a cartoonish look.

But more importantly, note that in the second picture, the model is wearing nothing from the waist down, zip, zilch!  I'd call that a difference.

Francine Dee's breasts are so firm that I am not sure that holding her hands above her head really makes much difference to their appearance except for possibly creating the illusion that there might actually be some separation between them  :)

Anyway, they are truly amazingly beautiful ...
