I'm familiar with the injections of which you speak, and know there are fetishists out there who enjoy doing that.

However, I don't think this guy is one of those.  His sac was large, but it wasn't HYOOGE.  And in those few video clips, it was absolutely the same guy every time.

Regardless, I would think the volume of ejaculate would have more to do with the size of his prostate than the size of his balls, although this is where things get fuzzy for me.  I keep thinking "size of reservoir" and possibly "size of pump", whatever those specific analogues are.  The testes might produce the sperm, but I don't believe they're responsible for the bulk of the ejaculate.

I think they got busted for false advertising, and had to reword the ads, but the gist of it was that it was a waste of time.

I am extremely concern about taking pills to get result, because I don't want to substitute the function of the body with pills.

Store in the bladder?  For starters, you have the obvious risk of bladder infection.  Not sure anyone would voluntarily submit to that.  Secondly, have you ever tried to urinate with an erection?  It's a bit challenging. 

Storing anywhere else presumes that the organ in question is capable of containing that volume.  And if it's capable of containing that volume, it would seem reasonable to be able to store his self-produced content anyway.

I'm leaning towards the "he's just a freak of nature" theory.

Sterile urine is still quite a bit different from stuffing egg whites in there.  How would you sterilize egg whites?  By boiling them in hot water for 10 minutes?  That might change the consistency somewhat.  

There's still the unanswered question of how one empties said bladder with a raging hard-on.
