Ah, as much as I love making my boobs bigger, I'd never do something permanent. There can be complications with saline infusion sometimes, but not if it's done in a safe and sterile environment, which I plan to always do- so no worries on that end =)

If it based in Water Retention, you might want to try drink less water, and binge on salt, see if it lasts any longer.

It only took about two hours from setup to cleanup. And that includes eating bacon while my tits are expanding, lol.

I didn't 'come up with' saline infusion really- a lot of people in the fetish community do it, but I've seen it done a few times and I loved the thought of having it done. It took me a few years, but I finally found someone qualified and willing, lol =)
