Forgive my ignorance, but what is a saline infusion?  I would guess it's injecting saline into the breasts.  I've never heard of this before.  Is it readily available for anyone in, what I would assume, a larger city?

Saline is the straight fluid that they pump into your veins in the hospital to hydrate you, but this is pumped directly into your skin. I know a few people here in SoCal who do it professionally, but a lot of people won't touch it. There's a risk of lots of random, nasty things if you fuck it up, so I'd suggest sticking to pros. But if someone's been trained- have fun! =D

Before: nerves. I'm terrified of needles, lol. I was so nervous I worked myself up and almost fainted after they put the needles in, lol
During: pain (>.<) and excitement. I couldn't wait to have bigger breasts (really who would be able to?) and I was super excited to have it done, since I've been talking about it for ages. Pain because the saline forms a hard ball under your skin at the insertion point before it slowly drops into other areas of the breast. It was a stretching, pulling, burning kind of pain. Seemed worse during it than I know it to have been after.
After: amazing! They were super heavy to lug around, but miraculously, I had better balance than normal. Odd, right? My only conclusion is that I'm MEANT to have 24 extra lbs of weight in my tits and I just haven't achieved it yet, lol. =)
