Mythbusters used to be one of our favorite shows but over the years it has started to run down the same road a bit too many times for us. It really has started to feel like every episode is following the same play:
1. Find some excuse or any excuse to
use a gun.
2. Make sure you
use a car or other vehicle in some manner.
3.
Explode anything you can get your hands on.
When was the last time they actually tackled a MYTH?
What they do now is more along the lines of finding any random experiment that employs one or more of the above criteria.
The closest they now come to anything testing a generally held belief is when the look at fiction from the movies and even that is not really a myth or legend but rather a "can you really do it" test.
Keri Byron is cute and the BEA has mentioned her before over the years.

she is not busty by BEA standards or any standards which is fine but also to show that it is agreed and that she is a valid entry into the "I like her even though she's flat" thread here at the BEA.
I would be interested to see how they actually intend to test the busty waitresses get more tips question, an assertion I have never heard before. Keri is rather well known in the area so to get a pool of people large enough to test the three sizes of waitress and not have some of them know that it is her is a bit of a stretch. If I saw Keri sporting the chest she does in the publicity shots would immediately make me suspicious regardless of context.
My theory is that these are exactly that - publicity shots - and that Keri will not actually be running the test but is in fact "modeling" one of the fake boobs that others will use. Unfortunately this is exactly the bit of eye-candy that the show has employed before and Keri is a good sport to go along whether or not she is in the testing.If one can still find it there was a out-take clip of her original Mentos in Diet Coke bikini spots - the very first time they made those little side bits and the absolute first time she did anything deliberately "sexy" and she does the bit well - but if you watched to the very end you see and hear her react to the whole process and comment on it. What it showed is that she knew exactly why she was now in front of the camera and has run with it the whole time - good job Keri.
It is unlikely the clip is still out there as it was years ago and was quickly replaced by a shorted similar clip that did not have her ending comments and full out-takes.
