Don't really know why she did it... She was perfect before! Something had to go wrong...

Enlarge the image a bit.  I'm not 100% sure, but I kinda see what looks like internal sutures at the sternum attachment...
Maybe it pulled free into the dreaded monoboob?

That would be a good reason to reduce once-perfect boobs.
(I hope I'm wrong, really, because that-all would have been saddening for her.)

EDIT: On second thought, I'm really not sure.  Further magnify looks more like a scar or abrasion, rather than a repair.  I really don't know what's going on there.  Experts?
