I guess it just comes down to how comfortable the poster is with what they are willing to show, much less what they are willing to take pictures of in the first place. Pictures of bandages and scars and even looks of discomfort are great for that reality/documentary look, but I for one rarely want to see that. Only when I am interested in technical things like placement or surgical procedure am I ok with that. Otherwise I am perfectly happy with waiting a little while until those aspects have minimized and we can all enjoy the fruits of often many years of work and waiting.
