Two thick slices of buttery brioche, toasted lightly, one side smeared with a bit of lingonberry jam, a slice of brie cheese, a slab of bacon-wrapped meatloaf, a scoop of bacon-infused extra-cheesy mac and cheese, a slice of cheddar, the other brioche toast which has had a light application of peanut butter, a gentle pressing in a buttered panini grill for just long enough to get the contents to adhere to each other, then the whole thing dipped and fried like French toast.
