I've mentioned this anecdote before, but what the hell.

I knew a woman who was a G-cup long before I knew her.  By her account, she was "boobs on a stick", so I think she said she was 32G or 34G.

And she had back pain.

The fix?  She signed up for a reduction to C-cups.  The surgeon took her down to B's.

The back pain persisted, even up to the time that I got to know her, many years after the fact.

Current medical practices are just as Dr. McCoy described them.

Now another problem is that way too many people surrender to "experts" and prevailing common wisdom. So the solution for things like back pain suffered by busty women is automatically breast reduction surgery. It's 'if your only tool is a hammer, every problem looks like a nail' syndrome. Not to mention a profit motive...

It's so true, why people are fine with doing physical therapy or cardio for weight or other things but not for dealing with a big chest.  Most girls are afraid of chest and shoulder and back exercises for some reason.

She has not done it yet and is not sure when it will happen. I also managed to talk with her a while about it, so let me clarify a few things.  First of all, she's not a professional model and has no real aspirations to be, nor is she under any delusions that she's going to be.  She does what she does because she appreciates the creativity of it and enjoys it, not because she likes going around flaunting herself.  She only gets paid (and not even that much) for her Snorgtees work and that's it.  Every other shot you've ever seen of her is unpaid.  She says she's under a tremendous amount of physical discomfort, despite trying a litany of bras and exercises and physical therapy to remedy it.  She says that this decision is not being done lightly and as actually been pondered for years and is truly a last resort, so there's not much anyone can say to that.  I personally think she's also going through some body issues and she's not especially comfortable in her own skin at the moment, but that's purely my own conjecture.  I wish her well regardless of what she chooses to do because she's a really nice, smart gal who has a heck of a lot of things going for her besides just her boobs.

Large breasts are far from being the most common cause of back pain.  Posture, mattresses, office chairs, weak abdominal muscles, tight hamstrings, high heels are well known for causing back pain in men (except for the high heels!) and small-breasted women.

I think most of the women who sign up for BR surgery while stating back pain as the reason still would have wanted the surgery anyway if the pain were eliminated using other methods such as abdominal exercises or adjusting/changing their office chair.  Pain or no pain, they simply hated having large breasts.

 She seems to be continuously bombarded by negative comments about it, and recently commented "Who will they fap to?". This girl clearly is aware of why many men have been attracted to her, so aside from any commentary about future possible reductions, I wonder what she actually thinks of the idea of guys 'fapping' to her, especially not being particularly famous.

 Anyhow, just thought I'd throw the thought out there.

I personally think that a large amount of her discomfort is actually because she's mentally/emotionally done with having big boobs.  She's gotten so much attention for them and she views that as such a negative thing that it weighs on her psyche and she's now just done with it all.

While I do enjoy the images on this site, I can't say that I've been particularly predisposed to fap to anything online. Sure, I like the way it makes the grey matter feel, but that's about the extent of it.

It sounds like she has her own reasons for her decision, and that's how it should be. I would hope it isn't some outside opinion that has made her feel it is necessary. I hope it's entirely for her own benefit, whether physically or mentally.
