I wish to point out that for the 20th consecutive year Vogue has ignored my nomination of Chloe Vevreir, thereby concluding that the photo below is not one of the best-dressed women of last year:

Chloe doesn't usually wear enough clothing to be considered "dressed". Now if there were a category for "Best Undressed"...
