As many around here will likely echo: not a chance in hell she has implants. The girl's got a set of Bs (and I'm being kind) and she's 19 years old. Yeah, they're perky and they can be flattering in the right dress. Geez, the media's obsession with implants drives me nuts sometimes.

...that said, yes, someone toss a decent set of cans on Miley.

Also, since I'm no morpher, I'll just toss up a picture of Amy Childs and call it a day. Now those are implants.
