Keep noticing comment in various places (not here) criticising Mal saying her ass isn't round, or has no shape, is flat, or is just all width and hips. I think that cause she has such large hips and thighs it's like an optical illusion and some people miss that she also has one hell of a shelf.
Anyway I made another weight comparison picture to illustrate my point:

Are you going strictly on gut instinct, or are you thinking of a specific medical disorder?  I am disinclined to think her health is at any kind of risk.

If I had to guess, I would say she is simply on the spectrum for steatopygia, which does not have any increased lethality to it.

In other words, an ass that big ain't gonna kill her, but it might kill marriages.

I took the 164lbs picture and removed the too-small thong, then shopped said image to match both her 138lbs and 181lbs side profiles. From that I measured the growth each time and extrapolated how Mal would look at 200+lbs (the most popular option I think in the weight gain poll) in the last image.

If anyone is interested I would guesstimate from her previous measurements that at this point her ass/hips would be beyond a tailoring tape measure. I'll maybe do a boob related comparison also... since that would probably be more relevant >.<

I seriously doubt that those bra numbers are accurate.

Anyway - here is a chart of Mal's previous posted dimensions and a prediction for the future if she ever did reach 200 (90.7 kg) which is an odd life goal in my mind.

Given her fat distribution patterns I anticipate a shift toward abdominal and upper thigh along with butt.
Contrary to the very optimistic previous images her bust is starting to reach a natural maximum.
Even with an additional 20 lbs (9 kg) there will be little to no change there.

Any health issues will be related to future mobility, skin lesions and excessive abrasions. She is nowhere near the disproportionate sizes with serious conditions like gigantisum or elephantiasis but she will be prone to a lesser degree to same long-term complications.
