Very sore, off my face on pain meds and trying to **82** upright plus on top of that I left my bank card and cash at the hospital as I was away with the fairies when I went home which means I have to go back tom instead of resting all day    xxx

Awwwwww I was actually worried about that.  When I have had surgeries in the past, the pain really bothers me and I always feel like it is going to stay that way forever.  The good news is - eventually the pain has always left and things get where they should be!!    

There are always other nuisances though - friends who don't seem to care enough, medical providers trying to aggressively bill ahead of schedule, something else going wrong at the same time with car or house...  but all that stuff will get better too.  I hope somehow things get really better for you catcat, and really quickly!!
