Doesn't look 'too artificial' for me.
Since, as you know, I'm always a (little) bit curious about technical stuff: what was first, the (AI-generated?) girl or the augmentation?

It's my morph of the original post at instagram shown below. I suspect most or all of her recent posts are AI augmented, they're just too smooth and gleaming to be unretouched.

I think the AI retouches all images it is used on.  :P
