Well, let's think about it for some time with an open mind.

There is quite a demand to see works depicting women (and sometimes shemales) with more than one pair of breasts.
I'm sure that there is a potentially profitable market for real-world multi-breast women. Not only movies and photos but also such women like escorts etc. would be very demanded; and probably this new "fashion" would finally spread even among open-minded and experimenting part of general-population.

So, I would like to discuss these topics with you:

• what surgical procedure could be performed to create another pair of breasts?
• is there already a case of performing such procedure?
• would you support this new trend?

For inspiration of the concept, look at animals like dogs, which have multiple rows of breasts, too.

I'm sure that due to its novelty that there would be a market for multiple pair of breasts. I'm sure it would be quite limited and personally I would not pay for such activity. But whatever trips your trigger.

I think it is possible but good luck finding a doc willing to do it.

I guess they could create the pocket and there are amazing advances in prosthetic nipples normally used in breast reconstruction.

Honestly if you were serious try and find a doc who does more breast reconstruction rather than augmentation surgery.

I think the issue would be size. It would be pretty hard to have 2 sets of breasts (2 on top, 2 on bottom) the size of Beshine or Chelsea Charms. Having 2 sets the size of DD or DDD should be possible. Attaching the lower set would be an issue especially over the long term.

Well, I think that first of all we need to create demand that models, pornstars and even surgeons will know about. If we like something, people who can do something with it need to know it to even consider the surgery.
So, let's discuss the concept first. Let's talk about it here, among people who love breasts.

Maybe sizes of Beshine and Chelsea would't be possible but I think that size of PBD could be done with at least two pairs of them.
I think that if all breasts would be separated by straps as they would be to prevent symmastia, we could create several pairs of very large breast (around PBD size). Yes, while standing, every row of breasts would lie on the one below - but wouldn't it be beautiful? :-D

What an interesting issue, I would love to know if that is possible. In the past it was only possible to make them bigger, now we would step into another dimension: make more of them! :-) Yeah!

But it does seem like this is rooted firmly in science fiction for now.

Lot of risk/reward here. Some of the really heavy body mod people are almost surgeons in and of themselves (some are ex-medical professionals) but almost and ex is not the same as true. At the same time it would be hell to find a licensed surgeon and a team to agree to alter a woman to this degree.

But there is a guy who wanted to be a tiger and found a PS to help him achieve his goal. If you look hard enough (and have cash) there is probably someone out there willing to help you do it.

And if you do get it, promise to show pics cause it would be extremely interesting to see.

It would be reeeaaally sexy, to see women like this. I have also mentioned multiple breasts earlier, but was not heared by the people here. But i am happy, that this threat is for multiple breasts and gives the chance for commenting this cool topic.

If you mean Taylor Chanel, unfortunately there are photos of her posing with two breasts, proving that the 3-breasted thing was not real.
