Hmmm... where to begin. I suppose with an apology for taking so long to get back to this thread. I have no excuse other than my real life keeps me far too busy to the point that I need to reconsider my career options.
Anything that I may write here is based only on my own thoughts and experiences. And I'm not an expert on anything.
Having said that... yes, female orgasms (at least mine) are complicated, elusive and, at times, frustrating.
When you're "flying solo", you know right where to touch, how gentle (or not) to be be, when things need to move along a little quicker or, to perhaps back off a bit and let the feelings run a bit longer.
Now, even the most attentive and intuitive partner cannot read minds, so when it's someone else driving, while you might still reach your destination, the climax may not be the same. Yes, it's still enjoyable-- but it's different.
And yes, I could talk my partner through it all and give them gentle instruction, but if I am riding in a car and someone else is driving, unless they know exactly which turns to take to reach our destination, I can't fully enjoy the ride. If I have to give complicated directions on where to turn and which landmarks to watch for, I may as well be driving myself, know what I mean?
So we still get there in the end, but it's different.
That being said...when I was in my late 20s and early 30s, I found myself at work in the ladies room quite often (sometimes a couple times a day) "relieving some tension".
