Rice. Which is a good thing that I like now. Especially with my last girlfriend (who was Korean and Japanese LOL).

Less 'like now' and more 'no longer dislike', but anyways...
Green beans, steak (what a difference straight teeth make!), peppers (not the hot kind).

Kidney beans, heavy leafy greens (asparagus, broccoli, brussel sprouts, spinach, etc.), pot roast, baked potato.
Now, I like a good baked potato. I won't even consider the rest.

Pancita ( pig stomach ), tripas ( intestines ) and other such foods. My dad love them and when I was a kid I would only eat them because otherwise I couldn't leave the table and this stuff is awful if it ain't hot. I also did not like brussels sprouts, cauliflower and the rest. Now they are very good with a touch of butter. Like Julia **09** said, everything can be fixed with butter.

Spinach - it was canned spinach - still a yucky way to have it. Love fresh spinach now, I prefer it as the main green in a salad. Later--->Triumph
