^Thinking of them more like a hot water bottle or even a thick beachball is better than thinking of expanders as balloons (the shells are much thicker) because tissue expanders are intended to gradually stretch tissue; her 20k expanders are not just designed to hold that much, they are intended to hold that much to assume the designed shape.  Until that time, there is apt to be irregularities and if I am not mistaken Martina had like 8k implants before, so it should come as no surprise that they are filled less than that to allow the incisions to heal.  It may take a few weeks before they feel it is safe to inflate back to the previous size.

I'm sure I'm not the only one that has noticed how this particular thread has become so much more popular since Martina announced her intention to get 20K expanders and how the reaction has been very positive. When she darkened herself there were a few people whose comments were not necessarily supportive or accepting. I personally did not know how it could be done and I was fearful it could be dangerous because of possible detrimental chemical reactions that the method could cause. It seems my fears were not realized thank God. But when Martina mentioned getting 20K expanders, this thread has become much more popular which shows the BEA is home to HUGE breasts. I'm sure as she posts photos and surpasses the 10K mark on her way to at least 20K, this thread could do what Beshine's thread was like circa 2007 - 2010 when Beshine used to post lots of pictures and updates of her size increases.

Agreed, It's great seeing Martina go for this. I just hope to see more content. Right now she has no instagram or twitter, an inactive website and she posts only a few pics on the forums. Martina has almost no online presence, what seems strange considering her dedication

Well, I got an answer but when I clicked on the link for Pay Pal you gave I did not get anywhere.

Judging by the picture, the initial volume is just as I speculated, far less than Martina had pre-op, but that is to be expected to allow for the incisions (small as they may be) to heal.  From that point, expansion to her pre-op size and beyond should quickly follow and I hope her skin and vascular system allows for the rapid growth I believe she seeks.  The drug that increases pigmentation darkening is not approved in the US because the side effects and long term use has not been studied enough (though I could use some because I live in Florida, tan easily, yet my legs never tan), but hopefully, it will prove not a deterrent, but a benefit.  If it slows the growth/stretching process, it is my understanding that discontinuing the use causes the patient to gradually revert back to their natural degree of pigmentation.  In the meantime, I will hope for some that will not make me always look like a tourist.

^Indeed.  It is only respectful to maintain social decorum and not present baseless accusations.  I have no problem with constructive criticism, obviously, but criticism without offering solutions is just whining.  And we all should avoid childish ad homenim, clearly lessons lost on that poster.
