About your implants just so that I'm clear about this, are they rated at overfill for a maximum of 20,000 ccs or are they rated at 20,000 ccs so they can be overfilled even more ? Either way, they are gigantic but to imagine 20,000 ccs being overfilled even more would mean that truly colossal sizes are planned. That would put you in the Mastasia size realm and for somebody as slim as you, amazing ! :o :o

For what I understood Solvegas, it is 20k without overfill.

The expanders are intended for each 20.000cc.
At the widest point, the expander has a diameter of 35 cm. The locating surface is 20 cm in diameter. The projection is 28 cm.
These dimensions are at 100% filling. Of course, the expander can also be overfilled :)

This week is my surgery :) Then I will get my 20.000cc expanders :)
My doc took for me a picture of the expander. Wow, the expander looks very huge, even in the unfilled state. He also sent me the technical drawing of the expanders. On this the dimensions of the expanders are explained in detail.

You know, a thought came through my mind and since it seems Martina will have larger implants than Beshine, it is very likely she will surpass Beshine in size within the foreseeable near future. That will be an amazing achievement. What are you guys thoughts about this matter and should Beshine be worried about this ? ???

I believe Beshine is a larger framed, slightly more muscular woman than Martina and could handle more up top. Just my take.

Hopefully her operation went great with no difficulties or issues involved. Can't wait to see her and the result. I know when she gets/goes to 20K and beyond it will make me feel as thrilled as a groupie at a Rock concert. ;D

I have great news :)
The surgery on May 29 went well :)
My custom made 20.000cc breast expanders are implanted :D

Please excuse me for reporting so late.
The last days I needed for the regeneration.
The outer edges of the expander are not opened because of the current underfill and that feels a bit uncomfortable. Once the expanders are filled more, they will have each a diameter of 35 cm (about 14 inch) :)
Since the expanders can be rolled together, only two small cuts were needed at the margin of the areola and the axilla.
Once these cuts are healed, I will gradually fill the expander :)
I’m still not sure if I will fill them up to the rated volume of 20,000cc each or overfill them :)

Already I have the BIGGEST BREAST IMPLANTS IN THE WORLD and in the near future I will have the BIGGEST BREASTS IN THE WORLD :D
