Blonde in a captain's hat? SOLVED it's Cynthia Harmon

Well, I'm not sure if it's a captain's hat, because of the image quality. But she is definitely blonde. :)

No help from Google Reverse image search or Tineye.

Then they uploaded it to their F*cebook account where usually the pic ends up getting spread far and wide across the web, but with no contextual info. :-X 

And of course when one wants to track it down GRIS and Tineye can't penetrate F*acebook to tie them back to their source. >:(

And with only some, what is it now, like 700 million FB user accounts, it's a sure bet you're be able to locate the original poster. :-\
