Real person, not a fictional character:

"I almost get a hard-on when I hear a Hungarian accent, I’m so crazy about them."

Google advanced to the rescue.  (Like I keep telling people, but no one listens.  ::) )  Unfortunately, Google hates the word "hard-on" so much that I had to stick it in the exact phrase blank, and hope for the best sticking "Hungarian" and "accent" in another blank, plus I didn't hit paydirt till the third display page.  It takes imagination and tenacity -- but you can do it, people, you can do it.

This quote comes from Henry Jaglom's book of recorded conversations with Orson Welles, My Lunches With Orson.  Sandwiched in between slams against Irish-Americans like Spencer Tracy (as sharply opposed to native Irish) is this particular opinion expressed by Mr. Welles.  Welles was probably not some actual Archie Bunker with a genius IQ, but knew he was being recorded and mischievously enjoyed sounding like such.
