Looks like Jerica Fox to me. The other blonde with her was Jessica Fox. The one in the video with the huge tongue was Stacy Staxx and the biggest one was Topssy Turby . The prettiest one in the one piece suit was Tiffany Towers.   I have that VHS. I believe it's circa 1992 or so.

Agree with Solvehas, with one distinction: that's not Topsey, but Lulu Devine.  Good call on Jessica and Jerica ("The Boobsie Twins", although not related.)  Stacy had more aliases than any model I can recall!
