I totally agree with you.  I refer to women like Penny as being "functionally thick."  She's definitely big but her proportions actually add to her sexiness rather than detract from it.

As for Botched, when they had Lacey Wild on she was going for an enlargement that they declined to do. There have been other guests that went on the show but didn't get anything done. I'm guessing it's that.
