BILLIE Faiers has revealed the agony caused by her biggest assets.
The sexy TV star suffers back and shoulder pain from her whopping 30H boobs.
She has even considered having breast reduction surgery.
But the all-natural beauty, 22, has decided she would rather keep popping paracetamol than risk going under the knife.
The Only Way is Essex beauty was put off by a Harley Street surgeon who said she could be left with lifelong scars and stretch marks.
Billie had been thinking of going down to a D cup, the same size as her curvy sister Sam, 21.
She said: “I’m 5ft 4in and a size 8 with massive boobs, so when I started on TOWIE everyone wrongly assumed they were fake.
“My back constantly aches and my shoulders tense up with the weight of them. It builds up during the day and by night-time, it’s really painful."

But rather than a reduction op, she decided on alternative treatment.
The reality TV star turned to a chiropractor, who prescribed a series of back-strengthening exercises.
Billie said: “I do them four times a week and the best thing is, my boobs have got more pert since I started!”
But she tries to do them when boyfriend Greg Shepherd, 27, is not around in case he gets too excited!
