Been a while since I've checked this section of the forum (the "new thread" notification seems to be hit and miss (and mostly miss at that)). This thread is chock full of awesome goodness.
@DM1234, this may not help, but you could try massaging your implants to help soften things up. I'm unfamiliar with the PMT expanders, but on the off chance that the firmness has anything whatsoever to do with capsular contracture, massaging might help soften things up.
You could use the standard/surgeon-recommended approach (make a 'V' with your thumb/fingers and squeeze from the bottom upwards) or another alternative, while less graceful, makes use of gravity (and is a similar approach I use when doing mobility work on the front shoulder capsule with a lacrosse ball), which is to lay down on the floor, focus the weight on your breasts (effectively sandwiching them between your ribcage and the floor) and gently move your body from side to side, forward /backward (along the axis of your spine), and gentle clockwise/anticlockwise undulations.
@Ample Ann, congrats and top marks for your recent upgrade! I have a question for you; I'll send you a PM in kind.
Loved the info relating to the saline. I'm a bit surprised that it requires a prescription to obtain, especially considering that no script is required for the likes of Zyrtec (although it used to be required).
Otherwise, I don't think I can really add anything of value here.
