I am thrilled to inform the Forum that I have been able to secure 1050cc/1500cc and 2000cc custom silicone breast implants . These will be available to my patients exclusively at present for implantation in Anguilla(Caribbean) on my next visit there in late July and also in Italy in early August. There are being custom manufactured by a reputable breast implant manufacturer. I did have a reputable source in Italy in the past to the benefit of many of you, but as you all know,otherwise  they have not been available anywhere in the world!
   I have chosen these initial sizes because I have found in my practice that these are the most requested. Please inquire about dimensions. If demand for other sizes of silicone breast implant occurs, then I hope to be able to get the manufacturer to supply these for you!
   I can see you for consultations in my offices in Newport Beach, San Francisco or Miami. Please email [email protected] to schedule. If you cannot come in for a consultation, then she can also arrange Skype consultations!
   Just some guidelines to help- If you presently have saline of the same size as the silicone, then I will be able to replace them. Also, if your size in saline is within 500cc of the available custom silicone sizes, then I should be able to increase the space of your breast cavity and place the larger silicone implant. If you are more than about 500cc smaller and want to go more than 500cc larger and switch to 1050cc/1500cc/2000cc silicone implants and have a lot of loose skin, then it may be possible to do that also.
   These procedures in Anguilla will be done at a certified facility there with anesthesia, overnight stay available and resort stay. I recommend a week for optimal care and the package will be for this length of time. Anguilla is easily reached from US via Saint Martin(SXM)(serviced by Spirit/Jet Blue/AmericanAirlines) and short boat ride/ferry.
   I do continue to use custom breast tissue expanders of almost any size and dimension as well as standard saline implants overfilled in my offices in the US.

Presently I have saline implants overfilled to 1,300cc. My work was done by Dr. John Yermain in Los Angeles, for $4,000.
I'm happy with my nipple position, and breast shape. My main concern is the stress on the implant bag's valve (possible leakage) due to being so overfilled.

I would love to have 1,500cc sealed silicone implants. What costs should I expect in total, if you were to accept me for the precedure? I live in northern California.

I know it used to be possible to have the U.S. FDA grant a "Compassionate use" waiver to use large (Above 800cc) implants for women who already had large implants. Can't a FDA wavier be used for large implant procedures in the U. S. anymore?

It seems the FDA should remove their baseless ban on over 800cc implants, so large implant procedures could easily be done in the U.S. That would bring a big demand for the larger sized implants!

I currrently have 2000cc expanders and to me they feel far too hard..

   We want to let you know that large silicone breast implants are now available through our office exclusively for implantation in Anguilla and Italy. We are scheduling patients for Anguilla for November 23-26 and end of February ,2015 in Modena,Italy.
      1500cc and 2000cc silicone from reputable manufacturer are present sizes available now with expanding range of sizes to follow. The cost of these implants is $4500 per implant and we require three implants, third for back-up. All of the implants must be paid in advance and once paid there,unfortunately, can’t be any refund for these are totally custom.
        For this November, payment must be received by October 6 to ensure their manufacture. Our office does have a package in place for Anguilla. The cost of the facility there, the anesthesiologist as well as a several night stay in resort is $2500. Dr.Domanskis’ fee depends on what needs to be done.
