I was rummaging through an old thumb drive and came up with this presumably vintage black and white with an odd filename. Any ideas?

It has been two weeks, so I'm bumping this thread. The young lady is vintage, 1970s or early 1980s. I know that I have seen magazine spreads with her, but I can't recall her name, and GRIS doesn't help.  ::)
