On top of Gris and Tineye, I also use
http://www.yandex.com/ Its another image based search engine but it runs mainly Eastern European websites. It help a lot of times to find some of the more rare stuff. Super easy to use as you can drag and drop off your computer to start searches. In this case I wasn't able to find her name from Yandex but I came up with the second image of her topless and unmorphed. After running the second picture through Gris is how I tracked down the original website that posted the pics and the names she used.
As a side note and a huge time saver I normally run my searches in a "Google Chrome" browser window as it can be set up to automatically translate websites to English. Makes searching the foreign websites tons easier.
