I can't really see either woman's freckles
In Julianne Moore's case, they are on her cheekbones. She is using make-up which mostly hides the freckles but if you concentrate, you can see them. Some on the forehead also. In Sienna Miller's case, on the bridge of her nose and underneath her eyes. Also mostly covered by make-up. Make sure you click on the photos so they'll magnify and you can see the freckles then.
