I think that I am a firm believer that random-auto-filename-generator software should Not include derogatory terms in the word database.

Whoever built the software tool used to generate the filename of the image posted above definitely screwed up. The derogatory term I used in the immediately previous sentence was selected by specific human choice.

Sam in no way deserves to be associated with that filename, even if it was accidental.  IMHO.
I absolve the person posting, as the selection was based on the image and not the filename.
