It's true - BE fiction aside, most earthlings would not have envisioned the actual existence of women the size of Beshine or Chelsea.

But both of them can still walk around.  

Get to the level of that original post pic from CarlTL - the breast owner in question would be up against serious restriction in lifestyle caused by the relative immobility.  Staying healthy at that point could get to be as difficult as for the super-obese - you'd need porters to get to and from your (specialized) workout equipment.

So - how does that woman remain viable?  Is she a toy of the super rich?  Can she market herself sufficiently to pay for the likely exorbitant care and assistance?  What does a situation like this do to your self-concept, well-being, general stability?

There's probably some natural barriers there - at minimum the physical difficulties, and beyond that the sociological and psychological/emotional ones.
