While clearly impossible given natural weight, I still would love to see a technology that would allow a girl to have such huge boobs, but at a manageable weight. Obviously, she would be unable to function on her own and her only possible job is modeling, but given help in daily endeavors, would we find a few girls willing to have boobs this big? Given the right attitude, I can imagine the girl might be so mesmerized by her breast size that she would be in a almost permanent state of whimsical happiness.
