You mean like high profile or ultra high profile? Of course ultra high profile would be awsome. But I guess the biggest challenge would be to find 1800cc implants, at least if you want to have silicone and not saline. I know you can get 1400 if you custom order from Sebbin, and perhaps from Polytech. But apart from these two manufacturers I even think 1400cc would be difficult. I think there's a surgeon in Helsingborg (Bellakliniken) who specializes in very large implants who can do at least with 1500cc, perhaps bigger. I don't know who would be willing to put in overfilled saline. Anywas, if bigger is better, I also think the higher the profile, if not better, is more boobilicious, in lack of a better word.
