Without much to go on at this point, but it appears that Mary's breasts are no longer as globular because the base appears to be considerably larger, which all would seem logical with very large yet underinflated implants. We saw this with Beshine as she went from round spheres with limited bases to somewhat oblong breasts with wide areas of attachment. At the time, no one realized just how big those implants were, but even with the addition of many liters of saline, they have yet to assume the truly spherical look indicative of fully filled/overfilled implants. I hope Mary has many years of filling pleasure while watching her breasts get bigger and bigger, as well as loving all the ways her boobs create more and more big boob moments as they expand. She has waited for this moment, let the fun begin.
