What do you think her ultimate goal is?  She has said that she was getting into amazing physical shape to be able to handle having massive breasts, but with the round appearance of her new implants (I have to assume they are recent photos), the implants doesn't seem as massive as I may have been led to believe.  We have so little to go by, but when Beshine was at 3000+cc and got her custom implants, they were anything but round; oral, lopsided, whatever, they were not round.  So I have to wonder what Mary really wants; to follow the path of Foxy & Beshine or jest be satisfied with big boobs.

I definitely could be wrong, but it seems that when they want the real pout, there seems to be a transition; first overall lip filling and then shaping with more fillers.

I love how really big fake boobs make a variety of clothing fit, albeit not fit.  If a jacket fits you in the shoulders, there isn't a prayer it will cover your boobs.  Whenever you wear a sleeveless shirt, the sleeve openings are pulled so far forward that you see miles of sideboob bulging out.  Everything strapless is always riding down as you walk because of the bouncing.  Standard tops that may come down to your ass in the back are lifted higher in the front, displaying your bare waist and even bare underboob if viewed from beneath.  And bikinis; let's just say that while they may stay put standing or maybe a bit when walking, but when you go to lie down on the beach and your firm globes naturally drift a bit to either side, it resembles a slingshot popping off suddenly for all those that remember that early Beshine video (no matter how many times she tried to fix it, always pop, totally exposed).  But you have to imagine that at some point, some volume, wardrobe malfunctions become more common and almost expected.  Here is to hoping Mary really wants to get there.
