If you scroll through some of the previous conversation in this thread, you'll note that most conjecture is toward real gigantomastia versus fake/stuffing.   

Regarding String -

To be honest, watching the various dialogs on this subject over the past years - I haven't heard of anyone still doing string implants.  With the number of complications that occurred to the original recipients of this (somewhat experimental) implant method, I have the strong impression that "string" as breast augmentation is frowned upon in most surgical and regulatory circles.  I believe it is not allowed anymore in the US, for instance.  Only care of existing string implants is realistically getting supported.

Perhaps someone closer to the the practice of plastic surgery (or has a better, more complete memory) could chime in with more definitive info?

I think we can safely exclude string, and all kinds of implants. IF she actually would have string implants, I'm quite sure she wouldn't keep it a secret. I mean, getting string implants would be very hard to do (if even practically possible anymore) and my guess is if she would have done that, she would aim to be a professional model with paysite and all.

In light of the most recent pictorial evidence, I'm frankly teetering between belief and still lingering unbelief. The IG picture could be staged, sure, but if she actually poses in Skype in just her bra...well, I don't know! If those are plastic, they are at least very well made.
