Just watched her on Botched when seeking to have her right breast raised.  Of course, they refused because they always think implants over some subjective 600cc should be removed, which Allegra rejected.  The logical course would be internal fixation, but those guys never think in that direction.  Revisions always result in more scars and are a far more involved surgery than inserting a simple sling.

I am only guessing, SMB, but we seem to see the re-emergence of Allegra's right droop with her recent expansion.  As I understood it, she had a significant amount drained so it would rise to the level of the left boob and that seemed to be successful, though there must have been some slight size difference.  So I am guessing the boobie greed outweighs her caring about one being higher, because size matters more and when you are the leader of a army, you have to have the bigger boobs.  I would like to think, if she keeps expanding, all things will level out.
