Yes it was and it pointed to the limitations of those Botched boys on TV; while they presented no solution other than a reduction, it was obvious that an internal bra was the solution, which is what Allegra got. I was just watching a video the other day, a interview on X of a girl that just had her implants replaced with expanders at 3500cc and when asked about the cost, she said $30,000. That startled the interviewer, to who she quickly replied that it was because of the internal bra, which she then went on to explain will enable her to go braless and never have to worry about sagging the rest of her life. I know that an internal bra is not cheap and that the larger the implant, the more pig lattice is required, substantially increasing the cost; just for nominal implants, it costs more than $5k and I'm thinking for this girl, it may have been closer to $15 or $20k. When you try to consider costs, I always think that Beshine laid out more than $100,000 for her custom implants and internal bra; having enormous breasts meant that much to her.
