Random Gif Girl SOLVED it's Lucie Wilde

I stumbled on this gif on reddit, and I'm mesmerized. No one over there seems to know who it is, and I've tried reverse searching the gif. I'm pretty sure it's not Hitomi Tanaka, but this lady seems to have similar proportions. Any leads?

I'm going to agree with Solvegas, that gif is on several different websites as Lucy Wilde.  I didn't find the exact video it was taken from but feel it would be easy enough given a spare hour of time.
