I'm super excited for SizeCon.  I think it'll start out tiny, like most every con does, but the more people talk about it, the more attention it gets, the more people come back with good experiences from it, the more it'll grow.

...They have GOT to move it out of New York City, though.  I mean, come on, hosting a new convention in one of the most expensive cities in the country? We're perverted, not insane.

No kidding ! Las Vegas is much more economical, the convention and meeting places are better, more hotel rooms, we are close to California and the San Fernando valley ( aka porndom ) and there are less hassles transportation wise. And, if you believe our tourist visitors, nicer people. Win - win.

It would be so interesting to go to New York and then to such a "distinct" convention. Size related issues, themes, fetishes, and the like and a cornerstone of the BEA. It looks like it will be a very interesting day. Have fun you guys. Will BA be doing any presenting? How about sketches in artist alley? What swag will be at the booth?
Anyway, the doors open in 10 min. so you all best be in place... 

The location does seem a bit tucked out of the way and (forgive the joke) a bit small, but this is its first run.

The building also houses the Center For Book Arts Inc.

SizeCon was wonderful! We met (and re-met) so many nice people! It was a great turn out and very well planned. Multiple discussion topics were covered throughout the day. BA was a panelist the "Expansion Group", I sat for the "Women's Group" and together we joined forces for the "Relationship/Fetish Group". The discussions were open, honest and respectful to everyone.

BA had a table with samples of his work, multiple portfolios of his original sketches-- original artwork for the grOw comics as well as older pencil work dating back to the mid-nineties. He also offered up coupon codes for his website good for 50% off any one purchase.

Sadly I wasn't able to make the rounds much to view the other tables there as I was busy passing out codes and talking with people who stopped by our table, but what I did see was top quality artwork and interactive growth- fetish related items-- GTS, SW, BE, PE, B2E, etc. You name it, it was there!

Great seeing the two of you, too! I would have loved to have spent time chatting - but the venue needed more chairs! It was a really nice time, just hanging out with like-minded people. I do hope they do it again (in a larger venue, of course!)

The main reason that it was held in NYC is simply because that's where the people who had the idea live.

I'll have my own little table along Artist Alley. Stop by and say "hi". I will also have tons of old and original drawings, including many of the original pencil roughs for the grOw/cOmic and grOw/stOry illustrations.

For the first time ever, I will have con-exclusive artwork for purchase! 6 pieces of NEW art, each 8.5" x 11" and on high-quality, glossy cardstock will be available. Some of the artwork will be of size genres I've never done before — namely blueberry, shrunken woman, and shrunk man (this may be also considered as GTS for non-purists).

I will also be on a few of the panels (Size & Relationships panel and Inflation & Expansion panel). Juliekat, my wife, will also be on the Relationships panel with me, as well as on the Ladies' Panel.
