i apologise if this has asked othe times but why isn't fat transfer more common? I mean i see less problems in that procedure. Somehow like a win win....
From the informations I read somewhere, removing fat cells from one position and placing them back to other positions has the risk that the cells may dying and beeing removed by the body so it is not sure that they stay at the new lokation.
So it can be that it is not a permanent effect.
